I agree that the photographs, films, and video and audio recordings of my Child (Children) made at the Edutainment Centre would be used free of charge in an unrestricted territory and for an unlimited time without any additional conditions for marketing purposes of the Edutainment Centre, would be published, adapted, customised and used free of charge for advertising of the Edutainment Centre without my prior consent or consulting with me at the discretion of and in the form selected by the customer of advertising:
